June 2nd

Nearly there, 2 days left. I fixed the mast base problem, a nut had gone missing. The new brake is now rigged up and appears to be very effective, time will tell. Tomorrow is filling up day, food, water,fuel and crew. Saturday will hopefully be for relaxing at the yacht club until departure around 2 o'clock. We may be spending a day at Wilsons Prom as there is a day of easterlies forecast, but that could all change still. The freezer is packed with food already, and there is more to come. The fridge is nearly empty though so all is not lost. Having a day at home with the grandchildren and their Gran Jenny. All behaving well!
